Most accounting software expects you to sit at a desk and log in. Yet the questions come up elsewhere: on the way to a client, at the till with a receipt in your hand, or in your inbox. That is why the Ayiza AI assistant now works on Telegram and by email, as well as in the app.

On Telegram

Your company gets its own Ayiza bot on Telegram. Ask it how much your customers owe you, send it a photo of a receipt and ask it to enter it, or approve a posting with one tap. The results of the assistant's scheduled tasks arrive there as a message too. Your administrator creates the bot in Telegram and connects it to Ayiza, and each user links their account with a code.

By email

Link your email address in Ayiza, where you also find the assistant's address. Then write to it with a question, or forward a supplier invoice and ask the assistant to enter it. The answer comes back in the same thread, with tables for your figures, and a reply carries on the conversation. For your protection, only signed mail from linked addresses is accepted, and postings are never approved by email: you review and post them in Ayiza.

In the app

Inside Ayiza the assistant answers questions in plain English, fills in forms and finds the page you need. For larger tasks it proposes a step-by-step plan and starts only when you approve.

In your own AI tools

If you already work in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or GitHub Copilot, our MCP server lets these tools work with your Ayiza data directly. Each API key belongs to one user and has exactly that user's access. MCP server access is an add-on at £19 + VAT per month or £190 + VAT per year, per account, with no limit on the number of keys.

Safe by design

The assistant never has more access than you: it can only do what both you and the assistant are allowed to do. Before it posts, reverses or deletes a record, it asks for your approval. Records it creates or changes are marked as such, and the action log lists everything it did in a conversation.

What it costs

Every account starts with £5 of free credits. After that you buy prepaid credits at provider cost plus an 8% platform fee, plus VAT, where 1 credit is 1p. If you use your own API key, we do not charge for that usage.
